I have been friends with David since 1976, and our families have known one another for over 60 years.

Professionally, I served as the President and Chief Compliance Officer at Dern Capital Management Corporation, where I managed hedge funds and individual accounts. Before that, I practiced law, including a two-year Judicial Clerkship with Justice Ben F. Overton at the Florida Supreme Court.

 

I earned my law degree from the University of Florida Law School and hold a BBA with honors from the University of Texas. Additionally, I have served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers.
